Since I got a couple people who were interested in my art thread, I figured I could take a couple commishes to sketch out over my upcoming vacation

I dunno how many I'm gonna take so.. I'll pm you and let you know if I'm takin it and when I can do the payment thing and whatever else x).

She's a tough girl, hates to run from a fight and is known to be bitchy to any party member who suggests it. And you don't want to annoy her, because she really can kick ass. so the monks are afraid to let her die, but hell, they'd like to, specially when she thinks she's a tank. or goes on some breakneck mission. or takes her heroes out for some 4-against-100 hardmode fun. But then, she's also my most spoiled and pampered character, so the other girls on my account don't like her too much and she's often lonely.

Eryn is 22 years old and comes from Elona (well, obviously.) nobody knows where her white hair comes from, but some say it might be 'ze hair of a veela' (ok, being silly here xD). it's a very rare thing for elonians and accidentally it goes very well with her FOW armor *harrharr*

AGE & PERSONALITY: She's 25, adventurous, but almost never serious in what she's doing but almost always does it right. She's curious, but sometimes it gets the best of her. She's also a bit greedy when it comes to ectos or plats and always makes sure has a suitable amount of cash in the storage.

BACKSTORY: She used to be a guard of the Kodash Bazaar to defend from the skree. But once her term was up she decided to visit her sister, Elexis, in Cantha who was just finished with her assassin training. She accompanied her to Kaineng Center to buy her new armor but also overheard a tyrian messenger that a dark plague (not the afflicted) was attacking Tyria then Cantha then soon Elona. When her sister was finish choosing up armor she tells her about this plague and plans on going to Elona. "But I'm thirsty." Says Elexis, Never being serious about anything, Mira agrees to have a few drinks in the bar. While there, a Ranger of Tyria was asking the bartender if he knew any boats that were going to Elona in the next thirty minutes. The bartender says there aren't any for they were sending troops to help out Lion's Arch defenses. Mira tells the Ranger that she had boat going to Elona but to get it, but in return, Ranger has to drag Elexis away from the bar table. After a few struggles they finally reach the boat and are on their way to Elona. Mira has experience on defending cities from the skree. But will it work on a new dark plague?

POSE: I'm never really good at thinking up poses, so I'll just leave that up to you.

BIRTHPLACE: Istan
LIKES: Roaming around Luxon territory, Luxon armor (despite being born in Istan), Jade Sea.

BACKSTORY: Vesza was born in Istan. Her parents unknown to her, she was known as a good-for-nothing child with no outstanding qualities, no matter how kind and selfless she proved to be to the villagers. Luckily, Vesza found herself acquainted with Mhenlo at around the age of 19. Mhenlo was highly intrigued by her childlike-ness. Without a mother, Vesza developed a lazy attitude and has poor feminine skills such as cooking and cleaning. However, her increasing relationship with Mhenlo ensured her a somewhat caring aurora that emitted around her. It was Mhenlo’s idea for her to take the Monk approach, and took her to his birthplace – Serenity Temple. Vesza soon learned that she was destined to be a monk under Mhenlo, often seeking help from Dwayna. Mhenlo taught her that she could pray to Dwayna for guidance, but it would be a mocking prayer if Vesza didn’t work extremely hard. She practiced thoughtlessly to be an elite protector. Trudging lazily behind Mhenlo where ever he went, she found herself in Cantha, and was astonished by its picturesque scenery – more specifically the Jade Sea. Later on, at the age of 21, Vesza decided to live there at Jade Sea; it seemed impossible for her to part with the beautiful continent named Cantha. It was then that she departed with Mhenlo, who returned to Serenity Temple. Vesza became fond of Luxon armor, and roams around Luxon territory for a hobby. She spends great amounts of time just sitting around – pondering. Despite this, Vesza is surprisingly never lonely. She is usually accompanied with her closest friend, Silmarwen Saralonde, a Canthan who she met in the capital Cavalon. Silmarwen is like the older sister she never had; a reassuring sisterly figure to keep her motivated. As much as she loves canthan food, she dislikes Red beans cakes, because she feels uncomfortable having a “sugar rush”. Lazy to the very bone, she wants to live life peacefully, but of course, she knows she must protect those who are endangered by the rivalling Kurzicks, or even worse – the afflicted.

Ooh ooh! Been saving money, so I can do this. My first time commissioning someone here. ^_^

Here is a character page I already had up. (Ignore the Avrad guy. It's the redhead in my avatar that I'd love a drawing of. Although...if you did get inspired to draw them in a portrait together, be assured that I would farm my little butt off to make sure you get 100k! In fact, I'll just keep farming like crazy just in case..not like it's a bad thing to have extra coinage.)

Name: Jhiri Lin
Age: 29-ish
Eye-color: Hazel (blue-green with copper spackles, but they look the same hue as her hair from a distance)

Lineage: Tyrian, but her parents moved to Vabbi long before she was born, so she was born/raised in Elona. Think Englishmen living in India.

Story: Who Jhiri is, who she truly is, is something of a mystery. Even to herself. At a young age she was no doubt some mix of shy, eager to please her family, and exciteable, as more sensitive girls often are, but it all changed when she became attached to a fellow named Avrad Dal. She has since lost sight of whether it was romantic love or friend-love or even love at all, but the truth is that his well-being came to matter to her, and as he was a dangerous combination of strong, gorgeous, and dumb as a pea, he needed looking after. So from a relatively young age, Jhiri followed him around on his grand adventures (even following him to Istan so he could become a Sunspear), making sure he had someone to watch his back and keep him from truly screwing up. Or maybe he didn't need her help at all, but you know how women can be when they think they are needed by a beautiful man.

In any case, Jhiri was already becoming a little too serious for her own good. And a little inexperienced at saying "no". Everyone around her started asking for her to take care of things, since she was such a serious and responsible little lady. Fetching supplies. Rescuing their wayward children. Killing the creatures eating their crops. Saving the world. On and on it went, until she was one day nothing more than a very serious, very capable, and very deadly little woman. She no longer knows who she is, really, except that everyone seems to need her, and heck, she never fights alone, and company is a good thing for a woman who needs to be needed, so she thinks she is satisfied, maybe even occasionally happy. Certainly the world would fall apart without her there to keep it together.

And hey, Avrad is just gorgeous, so it has its moments. Even if he ain't so bright.

Pose: My only request is that I'd love it if her long hair was visible. (I have butt-long naturally honey-red hair myself, that is my one vanity, and this is the first time I've been able to give a character "my" hair).

I've submitted this to Grey but I'd like to see what other artists can come up with. I think it's an interesting idea. If it's something you feel you can't do in a portrait/bust kind ofpicture, I'll understand.

The story:

Commander William Riker of the starship Enterprise, was worn out and frustrated with attempts at mediating a dispute with the planets Naterra and Bajoran. It hadn’t gone well and neither side was budging. Because of the stalled negotiations, no one was allowed to go down to either planet. So needing an escape, he grabbed his Rago’s Flame staff and went to the holodeck, totally forgetting that he was still in his Starfleet uniform. He programmed his favorite game, Guild Wars into the computer and entered, where he was transformed to Commander Ryker, nuker extraordinaire.

There he spent the next several hours as a carefree young Elementalist from Ascalon, with no one to answer to but himself. He roamed Tyria, nuking grawl, charr and other beastly foes, while doing quests and missions, thoroughly immersing himself in this fantasy world.

While he was in the southern Shiverpeaks, helping King Jalis Ironhammer reclaim Thunderhead Keep, he remembered the trade negotiations that had gone on between the Deldrimor Dwarves and the Tyrians. He had time to think about this because in his haste to get to the holodeck, he had forgotten to put on his elementalist armor and so because the uniform hadn’t been infused, the mursaat had got him with spectral agony. While he was lying there “dead”, waiting for the henchman monk, Alesia to rez him, he remembered what had been done to make trading and political relations possible between these two groups. He then realized what had to be done with the Naterrians and Bajorans. Seeing that the stupid hench Alesia was just standing there, wanding a Summit Giant Herder while he was still lying there, “dead”. So he rage quit, left the holodeck and went to talk with Captain Picard about his idea.

Both sides were called back and mediations resumed. Riker presented them with his ideas and both sides agreed. The Enterprise officers once had once again, helped to avoid a war between planets.

I'd love one! Yuki is 21, she's very out-going and proud. She isn't afraid to tell you what she thinks but she does still consider the outcome. She's the daughter of a a powerful Am-Fah gang leader, she isn't exactly spoiled but she know's what she wants. In the end however what Yuki wants, she gets. As to the pose I'd like something sexy but not slutty, if that's possible =P

Hallo!

I'm a founding member of the not-so-prestigious Guild of the Flaming Turtles. We're an odd, fun-loving bunch of inadvertently suicidal characters. One of our favorite activities is pwning the Tombs of the Primeval Kings with a barraging ranger group. I'm usually the first, second, third, and umpteenth one to die, and often I share the joy with everyone else too.

Anyway, we were wondering if you'd be willing to take a commission for the four original members of the guild. I believe most of us would use our ranger personae, and it would be totally awesome if you could use outrageous death poses for each one.

Let me know if you're interested and I'll talk with my guildies.

I know of you from Deviantart, but you surely don't know of me. xP I'm not exactly a vocal person. I happened across this page by chance because I'm doing comission work fer the boyfriend and he mentioned that he looked at this forum and the art offered 'wasn't to his liking'. So I decided to see what I was up against, and found your comission page.

After flailing about in a manner similar to a fish out of water rambling something along the lines of, 'you could have had MAKANI!!!11!!1!!', I smartened up enough to realize that I seriously have to find a way to get 40k before you close up shop. Or hoard it until you open again.

I always admire your work because it has such richness to it. Your characters have more, er, character than anything I've ever seen before, and it just makes me so... so... elated! to look at people who aren't staring blankly, but seem to be interacting and thinking and... whew, run on sentence... being.

So there. :]

Info: Kyrra chose the profession of Mesmer, specializing in Domination magic, because she can’t stand not being in control of a situation. Despite that, she makes a miserable party leader. She is not one to give commands or figure out the next course of action, preferring to control the situation from the back with her magic. She is a woman of few words to all but her younger brother and closest friends, and it takes her a long time to open up to people. She dabbles in fire magic, and is minorly jealous of the fact that her Elementalist brother is far more proficient in it than she could ever be. But her jealousy does not stop them from being extremely close, and they travel the world together. Experiencing the Searing made them become even closer than they were before. In her downtime, Kyrra spends every spare minute drinking. She is a well-known drunkard, and it is her dearest aspiration to become an incorrigible ale-hound. That and her love of beautiful armor leaves her almost always perpetually broke. She can usually be found in Droknor's Forge, badgering the Dwarves for discounts. Dwarven Ale is her drink of choice, but any alcohol will do. When drunk, Kyrra becomes loud and boisterous, the complete opposite of her usual quiet, poised self. She gains an exaggerated view of her own importance, and will tell anyone who will listen (or even those who won't) that she is the king of the world. She also loves dancing, but only does so in public after several ales.

For the pose, make her happy, but not overly so. Just something elegant looking. And if you could draw her hair like this, that would be awesome! I decided her bangs weren’t mature enough looking far too late.

I also like to draw her with wavy hair coming out of her bun because I think it looks prettier.
